These general terms and conditions of sale constitute a single contractual document and contain the entire contractual relationship between the parties.



The object of the contractual relationship between Escuela Abierta de Desarrollo en Ingeniería y Construcción (hereinafter EADIC) and the client-student (hereinafter the student) shall be the purchase and sale of online courses to companies and professionals, offered on the Website. The characteristics of the products offered are those listed on this website and can be obtained by clicking on the title corresponding to each course.


The images published do not imply any obligation attached to this contract. No liability of any kind shall be incurred in the event of any error relating to these images.

About the availability of the courses and their content

All courses offered by EADIC have extensive material and teaching resources that ensure the high quality of its content for the students to take advantage of it: pdf content, self-evaluations, technical support, answers to doubts and queries and all the necessary material to be able to take advantage of the course.

Additionally, for groups of 5 or more students, additional resources such as webinars, forum animation and multimedia content can be offered without increasing the cost of the course.

All Master programs marketed by EADIC are created and delivered by EADIC and are the intellectual property of EADIC. Due to its trajectory and quality, EADIC maintains agreements with Universities that offer their certification in addition to EADIC’s own certification.

Although these agreements have a long-term vocation and spirit of permanence, EADIC cannot guarantee that these agreements may be interrupted, modified or not extended by any of the parties.

In the event that in a Master’s program the university degree is not that of the university initially announced, one of similar characteristics is guaranteed without affecting the program offered or any of its characteristics and does not generate any right of withdrawal or claim of any kind.

Partial nullity

If one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale should be declared null and void or invalid by virtue of a law, a regulation or a final decision of a judicial body, the other provisions shall remain in full force and legal effect.

Price of payment


The prices of the courses are set in euros and include the taxes applicable on the day of the order. The price invoiced to the purchaser is the price indicated in the payment confirmation on the website at the end of the registration process. If the registration is done externally to the website, the price invoiced will be the one indicated via e-mail by EADIC.

Modifications in the payment

EADIC reserves the right, which the user accepts, to modify its prices at any time, but the courses will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration.

Methods of payment accepted on the website


Payments will be made over the internet. The user will fill out the required information on a secure payment platform. This data will never be saved by EADIC. The payment platform will only inform EADIC after the validation of the sale. Only when the sale has been completely verified EADIC will consider the transaction as finished; after this, the admission and enrollment process may begin. EADIC does not hold any information regarding payment refusal in the banking platform.

Payment types supported on the website:

Online payment by credit/debit card through the payment gateway

Payment by PayPal (depending on geographical location, you may or may not be asked to create a PayPal account).

Other payment methods, external to the web, are also available. In the case of requesting them, an EADIC consultant will contact you to manage them.

Incidents at the beginning of the courses

In the event of any incident or delay in the start of the courses, EADIC undertakes to make the necessary arrangements to expedite the start of the course.

However, due to the interpersonal nature of our training offer, the student acknowledges (and accepts) that the starting date of any course may be modified. In this case, EADIC will communicate it to the student involved, offering him/her the different alternatives available and proceeding in accordance with the section “Availability of courses” of these terms and conditions.

Likewise, the student has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, in which case EADIC will proceed to do so by bank transfer or by the means of its choice. In this case, EADIC will refund, exclusively, the amount paid by the student for the purchase of the course, without any obligation on the part of the School to cover any type of expense that may have been incurred in this operation.

Right of repeal and withdrawal (I)

From the date of formalization of the enrollment, which will be understood as the effective date of payment or of the commitment to carry out the same, through any of the means of communication with the EADIC staff, the student has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, with the right to reimburse the totality of the amounts paid, without completing any formality except written communication to the center, and without this entailing any type of penalty, except in the cases of the following section. If the above conditions are met, EADIC will reimburse the purchaser within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days the exact amount corresponding to the tuition payment. Right of repeal and withdrawal (II)

Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other laws, states that contracts that refer to:

“(paragraph m)) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.”

Therefore, by means of this document, we inform you that in compliance with the aforementioned regulations, the purchase made is excluded from the right of withdrawal from the very moment you access the virtual campus as a student, with the keys provided by EADIC for this purpose. Likewise, you declare that you are aware of and accept this fact, expressly authorizing EADIC to proceed with the enrollment in the course or courses covered by this contract, on the date and in the manner agreed upon.

Under no circumstances will a refund of the amounts paid for the enrollment reservation be accepted, since such payment guarantees the student’s place in the selected course or course.

Notwithstanding the above, EADIC offers the following ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE:

EADIC offers you the possibility of exchanging the purchased product for another of equal or lesser value, within 30 days after the date of formalization of the registration, which will be understood as the effective date of payment or your commitment to carry out the same, through any of the communication channels with EADIC staff. In the event that an exchange of the purchased product for another of higher value is requested, the exchange may be made within the aforementioned period, paying the difference in value.


By completing the registration form, the student declares to be aware of the academic activity developed by EADIC as well as to be interested in the completion of the indicated program in which he/she is enrolled, whose content, characteristics, study schedules, price, payment method and requirements are sufficiently known to him/her.

EADIC reserves the right of admission to the courses it offers. If the criteria for such admission are met, EADIC commits a place in the course in favor of the student at the time the student completes the registration and makes the payment in the manner described in “Payment Methods”, making available the teachers who, at the choice of EADIC, are the most appropriate for the proper monitoring of the same.

If EADIC does not admit a student to one or more of its courses, the school will return by bank transfer, exclusively, the amount that the student paid for the purchase of the course, without any obligation on the part of the School to cover any type of expense that may have been incurred in this operation.

  • The student agrees to complete the program to the best of his/her ability and to respect EADIC’s academic rules.
  • The student declares to have sufficient computer skills to be able to follow the methodology of this program and to be able to develop it with full guarantees of acquiring the necessary knowledge to obtain the corresponding degree.
  • The student may not use the documentation, technical notes, case studies, activities, etc., provided by EADIC for purposes other than his/her own training, unless authorized in writing by EADIC.
  • The student is not authorized to distribute, transmit, copy, display, display, perform, reproduce, license, use the material as a basis for other work, transfer or sell in any way any information, documents, documentation, images, programming code, logos, trademarks, products or services obtained from EADIC.
  • For the correct and complete functioning of the program, the student declares to possess or have access to a computer equipment suitable for the specifications of the program, whether owned or not, and an Internet connection to be able to follow the on-line program in which he/she is enrolling as a complement to his/her learning if required, as well as to maintain it during the duration of the program.
  • The access to the Virtual Campus will be made by means of a user name and a personal password. This password is personal and non-transferable. In case of loss or theft of the password, the user must inform EADIC immediately, otherwise you will be responsible for the modifications and uses applicable to your account up to that moment.

    In the spaces in which social interaction takes place, where the student will be able to express his/her opinions as well as maintain an interactive communication with other Users, the following rules of conduct must be respected:

    1. It is strictly forbidden to harass, violate, threaten or cause discomfort to any other student or member of EADIC. Under no circumstances may any information, data, text, files, links, programs, communications or any other illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, hostile, defamatory, obscene, racist or ethically incorrect material, or material that constitutes sexual harassment or harassment based on sex be sent through the services made available by EADIC to the student.
    2. Do not disrupt the participation of other users in the interactive spaces.
    3. Not post or write any advertisements, promotional or advertising materials on bulletin boards or in interactive communications.
    4. Not to violate any applicable local, regional, national, community or international law while using or accessing the EADIC campus.
    5. You may not use the names or e-mail addresses obtained through EADIC to disseminate promotional or advertising information without express authorization from the users.
    6. The student agrees not to disclose or spread by any means of communication or electronic a bad image of the company, nor issue any offensive comment or that could affect the reputation of the same, under penalty of incurring a serious offense for breach of contract or the commission of the crime of libel and slander. If the student who is awarded any of the scholarships offered by EADIC fails to comply with these regulations, the school reserves the right to revoke the scholarship granted and, consequently, to pursue and recover the FULL amount of the tuition, without discounts.

  • EADIC undertakes to reserve the student’s spot at the moment the registration is completed and payment is made in the manner described in “Forms of Payment”, once the student is admitted.
  • EADIC undertakes to provide the pedagogical contents, teaching staff and online support necessary for the complete development of the Course in which the student has enrolled, according to the chosen mode of study.
  • EADIC undertakes to issue and deliver to the student, once the course has been successfully completed and all payments have been completed, a Diploma or document accrediting the studies completed. This certificate will be sent in digital format. If the student wants this certificate in physical format, EADIC may charge an amount to be determined, depending on issuing costs, shipping costs, etc.
  • EADIC has the right to suspend the user’s access to the offers and services due to a breach of the terms of use or upon well-founded suspicion of such a breach without further indication or reason.
  • Articles that violate applicable law, morals, good customs or the rights of third parties, or that have suggestive, indecent or abusive content will be deleted and the user may be blocked from using the forums or deleted altogether.
  • If a user violates the listed conditions of use, his user account and the links established by him may be completely deleted without providing information regarding the cause even when access has been restored, as in the case of a temporary suspension.
  • The student may be expelled by the Academic Direction, at the proposal and judgment of the coordination of the respective program, when he/she shows serious or repeated lack of discipline, disinterest in learning, failure to meet the minimum attendance to the established program or failure to pass the periodic evaluation tests that in each case have been determined.
  • False information, in whole or in part, provided in the selection and admission process of the student will also be cause for expulsion.
  • Expulsion implies the loss of the student’s rights to the course, to obtain the degree or diploma accrediting the completion of the respective program, as well as the non-refund of the registration fee. The same condition will apply in the case of resignation once the course has begun.

In compliance with the LOPD 15/1999, the RD 1720/2007, the General Telecommunications Law 32/2003 and the LSII-CE 34/2002 we inform you that your data, including your email, fax and cell phone, to which EADIC has access as a result of consultations, requests for information, hiring, administrative management, execution and development of the activity of EADIC companies, are incorporated into an automated file whose ownership and responsibility is EADIC, authorizing the treatment. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
